Proven Success: After a career in high-stakes sales and management, I acquired a distressed IT Service Provider in Northern Colorado in 2017.
Seller Relationship: I kept a close relationship with the seller post transaction and we're still connected today.
Operational Growth: Acting as Owner/CEO, I navigated a rebrand, relocation, and nationwide expansion, significantly increasing the company's valuation.
Team Growth: Worked hand-in-hand with the leadership team to exceed historical operational metrics and achieve operational excellence (benchmarked against best in class).
Successful Exit: In 2022, I successfully transitioned the business to a larger strategic partner, securing the future for my staff and clients.
Buyer Relationship: I've stayed connected with the buyer and created a post exit partnership with an another firm that I was able to carve out of the original entity. I've been able to watch my previous employees grow their skills and career with the larger firm that acquired us still to this day.
